Ingredients
- Onion - 2 heads
- Vegetable Oil - 3 spoons
- Buckwheat Groats - 1 glass
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Bream - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Wheat Flour - 1.8 oz
- Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté 2 chopped onions in 3 tablespoons of oil, then mix with cooked buckwheat porridge and 3 chopped hard-boiled eggs.
Step 2
Stuff the cleaned and washed bream, sew it up, season with salt, coat it in flour, place it on a baking sheet, add 1/2 cup of water and 1/4 pound of melted butter, put it in the oven, and baste it frequently with the juices so that the bream browns nicely but doesn't burn.
Step 3
Once it is golden brown and crispy, remove it and place it on a serving platter. Add a cup of sour cream to the juices; if the juices have evaporated, boil a cup of water on the stove, pour it over the fish, and serve with a salad.
