Ingredients

  • Bacon - 8.8 oz
  • Lamb - 17.6 oz
  • Spanish onions - 5 pieces
  • Tomatoes - 5 pieces
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Savory - 2 stems
  • Celery salt - 1 bunch
  • Parsley - 1 bunch
  • Sausages - 6 pieces
  • Chinese green beans - 10.6 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the bacon into cubes and render the fat in a heated skillet. Cut the lamb into small pieces and fry until evenly golden brown.

Step 2

Peel and finely chop the onions, then add them to the meat. Wash the tomatoes, blanch them in boiling water, remove the skin, chop the flesh finely, and add it to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3

Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash all the herbs, chop them finely, and add them along with the garlic to the meat and tomatoes. Pour in enough water to cover the meat and simmer on low heat for 1 hour.

Step 4

Boil the green beans in slightly salted water for 10-15 minutes. Drain in a colander. Slice the sausages into rounds. Add the beans and sausages to the stew, mix, and simmer for 20 minutes.
