Ingredients
- Onion - 2 heads
- Beef chuck roast - 28.2 oz

- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Spices - 1 teaspoon
- Table Mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Scallions - 1 bunch
- Watercress - 1 bunch
- Tarragon - 1 bunch
- Sour Cream - 8.8 oz
- Celery salt - 1 bunch
- Cream - 3 tablespoons
- Natural Yogurt - 1 tablespoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Celery salt - 3.5 oz
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash, peel, and dice the onion, carrot, and celery root.
Step 2
Place the meat, vegetables, and spices in a pot. Cover with cold water, bring to a boil. Add salt and cook for 2 hours.
Step 3
Finely chop the herbs. Mix 2/3 of the herbs with sour cream, cream, yogurt, and mustard, and puree the mixture. Season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Boil the eggs. Finely chop the onion and eggs, and add them to the puree sauce.
Step 5
Serve the brisket with the green sauce.
