- Avocado - 4.2 oz
- Broccoli - 14.1 oz
- Grapefruits - 8.5 oz
- Arugula - 1.4 oz
- Raisins - 1.4 oz
- Fresh basil leaves - 1.4 oz
- Pistachios - 0.7 oz
- Sumac - 0.1 oz
- Edamame Beans - 2.8 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour the peanut sauce into the bottom of a large salad bowl and let it wait for the main ingredients.
Step 2
Peel the avocado and remove the pit, then cut it into cubes.
Step 3
Divide the broccoli into florets and chop randomly.
Step 4
Wash the grapes and cut them in half.
Step 5
Wash the arugula and spinach and drain them in a colander.
Step 6
Wash the raisins and add them to the greens.
Step 7
Prepare the dressing: mix olive oil with lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

In a deep bowl, combine the avocado, edamame, broccoli, grapes, arugula, spinach, and raisins.
