  • Barbecue sauce - 4.2 oz
  • Avocado - 4.2 oz
  • Broccoli - 14.1 oz
  • Grapefruits - 8.5 oz
  • Arugula - 1.4 oz
  • Raisins - 1.4 oz
  • Fresh basil leaves - 1.4 oz
  • Pistachios - 0.7 oz
  • Sumac - 0.1 oz
  • Edamame Beans - 2.8 oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 fl oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Olive Oil - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Pour the peanut sauce into the bottom of a large salad bowl and let it wait for the main ingredients.

Step 2

Peel the avocado and remove the pit, then cut it into cubes.

Step 3

Divide the broccoli into florets and chop randomly.

Step 4

Wash the grapes and cut them in half.

Step 5

Wash the arugula and spinach and drain them in a colander.

Step 6

Wash the raisins and add them to the greens.

Step 7

Prepare the dressing: mix olive oil with lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 8

In a deep bowl, combine the avocado, edamame, broccoli, grapes, arugula, spinach, and raisins.

Step 9

Drizzle the salad with the dressing, sprinkle with sumac, and toss to combine.

Step 10

Serve the salad on a bed of peanut sauce and sprinkle with pine nuts.
