- New Potatoes - 17.6 oz
- Broccoli - 1 piece
- Edam Cheese - 14.1 oz
- Mayonnaise - ½ jar
- Shrimp - 8.8 oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Onion - 1 head
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, boil the shrimp with spices to taste. After cooking, drain the broth into a separate bowl and immerse the washed broccoli in it for 10–15 minutes. Peel the shrimp.
Step 2
Peel the young potatoes and cut them into wedges. Preheat the oven to 302°F. Grease the bottom and sides of a baking dish with butter. Place the potatoes in the dish. Season with spices. Slice the onion into rings and place it on top of the potatoes.
Step 3
Remove the broccoli from the broth and cut it into pieces. Coat it in mayonnaise and layer it as the third layer in the dish. Add the boiled shrimp as the fourth layer. Top with the remaining mayonnaise.
Step 4
Finally, grate the cheese and sprinkle it over the casserole evenly so that it forms a crust while baking. Place it in the preheated oven for 30–40 minutes. Check for doneness by the formed cheese crust.
