Ingredients

  • Olive Oil - 4 tablespoons
  • Poultry - 17.6 oz
  • Ginger - 0.4 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Toasted Sesame - 1 tablespoon
  • Shimeji mushrooms - 8 pieces
  • Soy Sauce - 1 fl oz
  • Mirin - 1 fl oz
  • Snap Peas - 5.3 oz
  • Marinated cherries - 10 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the chicken into small pieces and marinate for 1 hour. For the marinade, add ginger, salt, sugar, and sesame seeds to the olive oil.
