Ingredients

  • Broccoli - 2 pieces
  • Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
  • Ginger - 1.8 oz
  • Raw cane sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Chicken Broth - 3 fl oz
  • Oyster Mushrooms - 4 spoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Break two heads of broccoli into florets, and cut the florets in half lengthwise. In a wok, heat vegetable oil, add salt and finely chopped ginger, and sauté the halved broccoli florets in the oil for three minutes.

Step 2

Then add sugar, chicken broth, and oyster sauce, stir, and simmer the broccoli in the sauce for another minute.
