Ingredients
- Oranges - 2 pieces
- Broccoli - 24.7 oz
- Butter - 1 teaspoon
- Onion - 1 head
- Candied fruits - 1.1 oz
- Dessert Yogurt - 8 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate 1 teaspoon of zest from 1 orange using a fine grater.
Step 2
Peel both oranges and cut out the segments with a sharp knife. Remove the seeds.
Step 3
Cut the broccoli into small florets and steam for 3-4 minutes (you can place it in a colander over a pot of boiling water, covered with a lid) until the broccoli is slightly soft but still crisp inside.
Step 4
In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter, add the finely chopped onion and ginger, and sauté until soft. Remove from heat.
Step 5
In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, onion-ginger mixture, 1 teaspoon of orange zest, and orange segments. Dress with yogurt and serve immediately.
