Ingredients
- Bacon - 3.5 oz
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 3 tablespoons
- Mustard Greens - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Scallions - 1 bunch
- Broccoli - 17.6 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the bacon and fry for 10 minutes over medium heat. Then place the bacon on a paper towel to remove excess fat.
Step 2
Use the fat left in the pan after frying the bacon to make the dressing. Add vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper. Bring the dressing to a boil and add vegetable oil, stirring constantly. Remove the dressing from heat.
Step 3
Chop the green onion and add it to the hot dressing.
Step 4
Break the broccoli into florets and boil in salted water.
Step 5
Slice the bell pepper into strips.
Step 6
Dice the tomatoes. Combine all the ingredients, mix well, and dress with the sauce.
