Description
Attention! You can choose the amount of ingredients yourself. Add more of what you love the most (for me, it's nuts). The flavors of all the ingredients are interestingly revealed, but I wouldn't recommend eating too much at once :)
Ingredients
- Broccoli - 1.8 oz
- Canned Corn - 2.1 oz
- Apple - 1 piece
- Roasted cashews - 1.8 oz
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the broccoli for 3-5 minutes, then cool.
Step 2
Separate into small florets.
Step 3
Chop the nuts in a blender (or leave them whole, to taste).
Step 4
Cut the apples (I used 1/2 an apple) into cubes.
Step 5
In a salad bowl, combine the broccoli, corn, apples, and nuts, then add 1-2 tablespoons of honey (or to taste). Mix thoroughly.
