Ingredients
- Broccoli - 28.2 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
- Chopped almonds - 1.1 oz
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Chopped Sage Leaves - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the broccoli and boil it in salted water for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water for 30 seconds, peel them, remove the seeds, and chop the flesh into pieces. Sauté in a pot with olive oil, finely chopped onion, and garlic.
Step 3
Add the almonds, and season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Pat the broccoli dry with a paper towel to remove moisture, and serve with the almond sauce, garnished with parsley.
