Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the broccoli (you can mix it with cauliflower or any cabbage of your choice) for 7-10 minutes.

Place in a baking dish, add spices (I add salt, a bit of pepper, and herbes de Provence).
Step 3
Top with mozzarella cheese (sliced thinly), and you can add a bit more herbes de Provence on top.
Step 4
