- Extra virgin olive oil - 3 tablespoons
- Ground Almonds - ½ cup
- Minced garlic - 3 cloves
- Smoked Paprika - 1½ teaspoons
- Salt - to taste
- Broccoli - 2 lbs
- Wine Vinegar - 2 teaspoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
To prepare broccolini with paprika, almonds, and garlic, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat in a skillet. Add the almonds.
Step 2
Sauté for 1-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the garlic and paprika.
Step 3
Season with salt and sauté for another minute. Transfer to a small bowl.
Step 4
Pour the remaining oil into the skillet. Add the broccolini and sprinkle with salt.
Step 5
Add ⅓ cup of water. Cover and sauté for about four minutes until the broccolini is slightly tender.
Step 6
Drain any excess liquid and mix with the almonds.

Season with salt and pepper. Add the vinegar and stir. Serve immediately.
