Ingredients
- Salt - to taste
- Brown Rice - 1¼ cups
- Water - 2½ cups
- Brussels Sprouts - 14.1 oz
- Lemon Zest - ½ teaspoon
- Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Minced garlic - 1 clove
- Chopped roasted hazelnuts - ½ cup
- Grated Parmesan cheese - 2.1 oz
- Chopped Parsley - ½ cup
- Olive Oil - ½ cup
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the rice with water, bring to a boil, and simmer on low heat until tender, about 35 minutes. All the liquid should be absorbed during this time.
Step 2
