Ingredients
- Brussels Sprouts - 7.1 oz
- Green Beans (frozen) - 3.5 oz
- Green Asparagus - 3.5 oz
- Red Chili Pepper - 1 piece
- 35% Cream - 17 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Make a crosswise cut on the Brussels sprouts from the stem side, boil in salted water for 7-10 minutes, and drain in a colander.
Step 2
Pour vegetable oil into a hot skillet and add the Brussels sprouts.
Step 3
When the sprouts start to sauté, add the green beans.
Step 4
After a couple of minutes, add the asparagus, chili pepper, cream, and reduce the heat to a simmer.
Step 5
After five minutes, the dish is ready.
