Description
This dish can also be prepared a bit differently by mixing cooked turkey and noodles with mushrooms. But that's a matter of taste. Soy sauce or any spicy sauce of your choice would also go well with it. Tomatoes can be replaced with cucumbers or served without vegetables at all. In any case, this dish is self-sufficient. By the way, if desired, turkey can be replaced with any other meat. Enjoy your meal.

- Soba Noodles - 4 bundles
- Pickled Chanterelles - 10 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Dried parsnip - a pinch
- Herbed Cream Cheese - 1 teaspoon
- Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients (if the meat is frozen, it should be thawed).
Step 2
Cut the turkey into small pieces.
Step 3
Place in a frying pan, add herbed salt, and fry for about 10 minutes while the noodles and mushrooms with onions are cooking.
Step 4
Cut the champignon mushrooms into small pieces.
Step 5
Slice the onion into quarter rings.
Step 6
Sauté the mushrooms and onions in another frying pan with vegetable oil (during this time, the turkey is frying in the first pan).
Step 7
Add the dried carrots to the onion and mushroom mixture.
Step 8
Also add herbed salt.
Step 9
Finely chop the parsley.
Step 10
Add the herbs to the cooked onion and mushroom mixture and stir.

Boil water to cook the noodles. Add salt to it.

Place the noodles in the boiling salted water and cook until done (about 5 minutes).

Transfer the cooked noodles to the mushroom mixture.

Mix the noodles and mushroom mixture. The turkey in the other pan should also be ready by now.

Serve the noodles with mushrooms and turkey on plates, adding a tomato.
