Ingredients
- Rice Noodles - 5.3 oz
- Broccoli - 14.1 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 2 spoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Soy Sauce - to taste
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
- Ground coriander - ½ spoons
- Sesame Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Roasted Peanuts - 1.8 oz
- Scallions - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Divide the broccoli into florets and finely chop the garlic.
Step 3
Cut the chili pepper in half, scrape out the seeds with a knife, and slice it thinly.
Step 4
Sauté the broccoli in a well-heated skillet with vegetable oil for 3–4 minutes.
Step 5
Add chopped garlic, chili pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil, and peanuts, then sprinkle with cilantro.
Step 6
Sauté everything together, stirring, for another 1–2 minutes until the broccoli is tender.
Step 7
In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add salt at a ratio of 1 tablespoon of salt per 1 liter of water.
Step 8
Add the noodles to the pot and boil them until almost cooked, about 40 seconds.
Step 9
Drain the noodles in a colander and quickly rinse them under cold running water.
Step 10
Add the noodles, stir, and let them heat for 30 seconds.
Step 11
Sprinkle with chopped green onions, stir, and remove from heat. Serve.
