Ingredients

  • Rice Noodles - 5.3 oz
  • Broccoli - 14.1 oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 2 spoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Soy Sauce - to taste
  • Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
  • Ground coriander - ½ spoons
  • Sesame Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Roasted Peanuts - 1.8 oz
  • Scallions - 1 piece
  • Salt - to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.

Divide the broccoli into florets and finely chop the garlic.

Cut the chili pepper in half, scrape out the seeds with a knife, and slice it thinly.

Sauté the broccoli in a well-heated skillet with vegetable oil for 3–4 minutes.

Add chopped garlic, chili pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil, and peanuts, then sprinkle with cilantro.
