Description
It is advisable not to salt the dish, as soy sauce is already salty in taste. Alternatively, soy sauce can be completely replaced with salt if it is not available.
Ingredients
- Rice Noodles - 5.3 oz
- Frozen green bean pods - 4.6 oz
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
- Sesame bun - 1 tablespoon
- Soy Sauce - 2 spoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2
Wait for the water (about 1.5 liters) to boil, then add the noodles to the boiling water and reduce the heat.
Step 3
After 5 minutes, drain the water and rinse the noodles under cold water.
Step 4
Add the beans to a skillet with a small amount of hot oil and sauté over high heat for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Chop the chili pepper and remove the seeds (they won't be needed).
Step 6
Add the chopped bell pepper to the beans and reduce the heat to medium.
Step 7
Add sesame seeds to the beans and stir.
Step 8
Add soy sauce to the beans and reduce the heat.

Sprinkle the beans with black pepper (to taste) and cover with a lid.
Step 10
Add the noodles to the beans.
Step 11
Add the soy sauce again, stir, and remove from heat.
