- Rice Noodles - 14.1 oz
- Sweet Pepper - 2 pieces
- Chicken fillet - 8.8 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Soy Sauce - to taste
- Sesame bun - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- Butter - to taste
- Breadcrumbs - to taste
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece

Cook the buckwheat noodles, drain the water, add butter, and mix well.
Step 2
Sauté the chicken fillet in vegetable oil after dipping it in beaten egg and breadcrumbs (salt to taste).
Step 3
Grate the carrot and bell pepper into thin strips, slice the onion into half rings, and sauté until the carrot and pepper become soft. Add the chicken fillet and buckwheat noodles. Sauté for 5 minutes, then add sesame seeds and soy sauce to taste, and cook for another 5 minutes covered.
