Buckwheat Noodles with Green Beans and Pork
Ingredients
- Rice Noodles - 5.3 oz
- Frozen green bean pods - 3.5 oz
- Pork tenderloin - 2.3 oz
- Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil - 1½ tablespoons
- Toasted Sesame - to taste
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 2 tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Pink Himalayan Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the pork into cubes.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a skillet. Add the tenderloin. Sauté, stirring, for about 2 minutes.
Step 3
Pour water into a pot, add salt to taste. Place on high heat.
Step 4
Add the beans to the meat. Simmer for about 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
When the water boils, reduce the heat. Add the noodles to the water. Cook for about 7 minutes.

Add the cream cheese to the beans and pork.

Add the mustard.
