Step by Step guide
Step 1
This dish requires preparation. Soak the shiitake mushrooms and wood mushrooms in warm water (in separate containers) for 1 hour.
Step 2
Put water on to boil for the noodles. While the water is heating, wash all the vegetables, peel the prawns, shallot, and garlic.
Step 3
When the water boils, add salt and cook the noodles for 4 minutes (until al dente).
Step 4
While the noodles are cooking, slice the shiitake mushrooms into strips. Do not cut the wood mushrooms. If they are too large, tear them into smaller pieces.
Step 5
Finely chop the shallot.
Step 6
Crush the garlic in a mortar or with a knife.
Step 7
Cut the sugar snap peas into random, fairly large pieces.
Step 8
Drain the water from the pot with the noodles, rinse them, and add a little olive oil. Gently toss. Buckwheat noodles break easily, so try to handle them gently.
Step 9
Sauté the shallot and garlic in olive oil in a preheated pan, stirring continuously, for 1-2 minutes (until fragrant).
Step 10
Add both types of mushrooms to the pan and sauté for another 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 11
Then add the prawns and sugar snap peas and continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes. The prawns should turn pink and remain tender, and the peas should retain their color.
Step 12
Then reduce the heat, add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to taste, and mix the ingredients.
Step 13
Add the noodles and butter to the pan and mix everything again. After a couple of minutes, the dish can be served.
Step 14
Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters and garnish the dish with them.
