Ingredients
- Rice Noodles - 5.3 oz
- Sweet Pepper - 1 piece
- Chicken fillet - 10.6 oz
- Mild Chili Spice - to taste
- Grapefruits - 1 piece
- Soy Sauce - 1 fl oz
- Roasted Peanuts - 1.1 oz
- Sesame Oil - 0 fl oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Spanish onions - ½ heads
- Scallions - 0.4 oz
- Cilantro - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients. Bring water to a boil in a pot.
Step 2
Cut the turkey into small strips.
Step 3
Remove the seeds from the sweet pepper and cut it into strips.
Step 4
Slice the red onion into long strips.
Step 5
Slice the chili into rings, keeping the seeds.
Step 6
Remove the skin from the grapefruit and cut out the segments without touching the membranes. Chop the segments into small pieces.
Step 7
Heat sesame oil in a wok, then add the onion and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Step 8
In a pot, add salt to the water and bring it to a boil. Add the noodles and cook for 4 minutes.
Step 9
Add the turkey to the skillet and continue to sauté for another 2 minutes.
Step 10
Crush the garlic cloves with your palm and add them to the wok, along with the peanuts and chili. Stir to combine.
Step 11
Pour in the soy sauce, add the cooked noodles, and mix well.
Step 12
Chop the green onions into rings and add them to the cooked noodles.
Step 13
Serve the noodles with turkey, garnished with grapefruit and cilantro leaves.
