- Chicken fillet - 17.6 oz
- Courgette - 6 oz
- Ramiro Pepper - 2 pieces
- Onion - 0.7 oz
- Chinese green beans - 3.5 oz
- Rice Noodles - 7.9 oz
- Yakiniku sauce - 10.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the turkey into small cubes.
Step 2
Measure out the required amount of teriyaki sauce. You will need 150 grams for the meat.
Step 3
Combine the sauce with the turkey. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.
Step 4
Dice the zucchini into small cubes.
Step 5
Slice the ramiro peppers into rings.
Step 6
Slice the onion into half-rings.
Step 7
Prepare the noodles while the water is boiling.
Step 8
Add the buckwheat noodles to a pot of boiling salted water. Cook according to the package instructions until al dente.

Add the beans and onions to a hot skillet with vegetable oil.

After 5 minutes, add the meat to the beans. Reduce the heat to medium.

Stir the contents of the skillet occasionally for an additional 5 minutes.

Add the pepper and zucchini. Stir well. Simmer for 3 minutes.

Add the noodles to the vegetables and meat.

Pour the remaining teriyaki sauce over the noodles.

Thoroughly mix the ingredients and simmer for another 1–2 minutes.
