Ingredients
- Ground meat - 17.6 oz
- Buckwheat Groats - 14.1 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 1.1 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Herbs - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2
Combine the ground meat and boiled buckwheat.
Step 3
Add salt.
Step 4
Add pepper.
Step 5
Add minced garlic.
Step 6
Mix thoroughly.
Step 7
Form patties and fry for 2–3 minutes on each side in a well-heated skillet.

Place the patties in a baking dish.

Sauté the onion and carrot until soft.
Step 10
Add the tomato paste, mix, and sauté for 1–2 minutes.

Pour in a glass of water and simmer for another 2 minutes.

Pour the tomato sauce over the patties, cover the dish with foil, and place it in the oven for 30 minutes at 356°F.

Before serving, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
