Description
Homemade tomato sauce can be replaced with store-bought tomato sauce or tomato paste diluted with water.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 17.6 oz
- Buckwheat Groats - 5.3 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 7.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Wheat Flour - a pinch
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sort and wash the buckwheat. Cook the groats in boiling salted water until done. Cool.
Step 2
Pass the chicken fillet through a meat grinder with 1 onion. Add eggs, salt, pepper to the minced meat and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Combine the meat mixture with buckwheat and mix again.
Step 4
Form patties from the resulting mixture, coat them in flour, and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Step 5
Slice the remaining onion into half-rings and fry in vegetable oil, then pour in the tomato sauce and heat well.
Step 6
Place the patties into the pan with the sauce, cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat for 20–25 minutes (or bake in the oven).
