  • Buckwheat Groats - 14.1 oz
  • Beef Kidneys - 10.6 oz
  • Turnips - 2 pieces
  • Onion - 2 heads
  • Semi-Smoked Sausage - 3.5 oz
  • Chicken Broth - 10 fl oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Wash the carrots, peel them, and cut into strips.

Step 2

Peel the onion, wash it, and cut into rings.

Step 3

Cut the smoked bacon into cubes and fry it.

Step 4

Cut the lung into small pieces, season with salt and pepper, and lightly fry in the hot bacon fat until a crispy crust forms.

Step 5

Then add the onion and carrots, and fry for 7 minutes over medium heat.

Step 6

Pour in the broth, add the rinsed buckwheat, and cook at a gentle boil in a covered pot until done.
