- Buckwheat Groats - 1 cup
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Scallions - 1 bunch
- Vegetable Oil - 1½ tablespoons
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sort the buckwheat, rinse it, pour 1 cup of water over it, and let it sit for 5–6 hours to absorb the water and swell.
Step 2
Wash the green onion and parsley, then finely chop them.
Step 3
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes.
Step 4
Mix the porridge with the green onion, parsley, and tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, and dress with vegetable oil.
