- Buckwheat Groats - 1 cup
- Apple - 4 pieces
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Sugar - 3 tablespoons
- Ground Cinnamon - ½ teaspoon

Step 1
Sort the buckwheat, rinse it, and toast it in a dry skillet.
Step 2
Transfer the buckwheat to an ovenproof dish, add 2.5 cups of water, bring to a boil, and cook on low heat until the buckwheat absorbs the water.
Step 3
Then place the porridge in a preheated oven and cook for another 15–20 minutes.
Step 4
Wash the apples, peel them, remove the core and seeds, and slice them thinly.
Step 5
Sprinkle the prepared apples with sugar and cinnamon, place them in a skillet with melted butter, and sauté while stirring until golden brown.
Step 6
Mix the cooked porridge with the apples and serve in individual plates. Sour cream or thick yogurt can be served on the side.
