  • Buckwheat Groats - 1 cup
  • Chicken Egg - 5 pieces
  • Onion - 2 heads
  • Butter - 1.8 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Sort the buckwheat, rinse it, and toast it in a dry skillet.

Step 2

Pour 2.5 cups of boiling water over the prepared buckwheat, bring to a boil, and cook on low heat for 7 minutes.

Step 3

Transfer the porridge to a clay pot and place it in a preheated oven for 20 minutes. Peel, wash, and finely chop the onion.

Step 4

Boil the eggs hard, cool them, peel, and finely chop.

Step 5

Mix the cooked porridge with the onion and eggs, season with salt and pepper, and add butter.
