- Ham - 14.1 oz
- Buckwheat Groats - 8.8 oz
- Turnips - 2 pieces
- Semi-Smoked Sausage - 3.5 oz
- Onion - 3 heads
- Apple - 3 pieces
- Chicken Broth - 10 fl oz
- Dill - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the buckwheat groats.
Step 2
Wash the carrots, peel them, and cut into strips.
Step 3
Peel the onion, wash it, and slice into rings.
Step 4
Wash the apples, remove the cores, and bake them.
Step 5
Wash the herbs and chop them.
Step 6
Cut the ham into large strips.
Step 7
Cut the smoked bacon into cubes and fry it.
Step 8
In the melted bacon fat, fry the carrots and onions until golden, then season with salt and pepper, add the ham, and fry.

Remove the ham.

Pour in 100 ml of broth and simmer for 5 minutes.
