  • Buckwheat Groats - 2.8 oz
  • Lamb - 4.9 oz
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Tomato Puree - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Margarine - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel, wash, and slice the onion into half rings, then sauté in heated vegetable oil.

Step 2

Wash the lamb, cut it into small pieces, and fry in melted margarine.

Step 3

Pour a little water into the pan with the meat, add salt, tomato puree, and onion, and simmer until cooked.

Step 4

Sort the buckwheat, wash it, dry it, and fry in 300 ml of boiling water, cooking on low heat until the grains completely absorb the water.

Step 5

Mix the cooked grains with the lamb and simmer in a covered deep pan until ready.
