Description
You can grate the carrot. Instead of regular water, you can use meat broth or broth with a 'Maggi' cube.
Ingredients
- Buckwheat Groats - 1 cup
- Veal Mince - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 1.8 oz
- Carrot - 2.6 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the onion and slice the carrot. Sauté.
Step 2
Sauté the minced meat.
Step 3
Rinse the buckwheat, mix the ingredients, and place them in pots. I ended up with enough for 4 small pots.
Step 4
Pour boiling water so that it slightly covers the top.
Step 5
Cover the pots and place them in a cold oven (to prevent the pots from cracking). Set the oven to 392°F and leave for 1 hour.
Step 6
After cooking, turn off the heat and let it cool in the oven.
