  • Buckwheat Groats - 10.6 oz
  • Dried Chinese mushrooms - 2.1 oz
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Rinse the mushrooms, pour 3 cups of cold water over them, and let them sit for 1 hour.

Step 2

Then remove the mushrooms from the water, chop them, return them to the water, add salt, and boil for 12 minutes on high heat.

Step 3

In the boiling water with the mushrooms, add the rinsed buckwheat, salt, and stir.

Step 4

Cook the porridge for 10 minutes on high heat, then reduce the heat to medium and warm for another 10 minutes.

Step 5

Before serving, let the porridge sit covered for 10 minutes.
