Description
In this porridge, cow's butter can be replaced with vegetable oil.
Ingredients
- Buckwheat Groats - 2½ glasses
- Dried Chinese mushrooms - 1.8 oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- Salt - 1 tablespoon
- Butter - 3 spoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the dried mushrooms, place them in a pot, cover with 3 cups of cold water, and let them soak for 1 to 1.5 hours. Once the mushrooms have softened, remove them from the water, chop them finely, return them to the same water, add salt, and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Add the toasted grains to the boiling water with the mushrooms and stir. Once the porridge thickens, let it simmer for 1 to 1.5 hours.
Step 3
Finely chop the onion and sauté it in a skillet with oil. Mix the sautéed onion with the porridge.
