- Buckwheat Groats - 1½ cups
- Chicken offal - 21.2 oz
- Turnips - 4 pieces
- Onion - 2 heads
- Butter - 7.1 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel, wash, and finely chop the onion.
Step 2
Peel, wash, and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Wash the offal, finely chop it, mix with the onion and carrots, and sauté in heated butter.
Step 4
Wash the buckwheat, mix it with the sautéed offal and vegetables, and distribute into six portioned clay pots.
Step 5
Pour 150 ml of water into each pot, season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Cover the pots with lids and place them in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
