- Buckwheat Groats - 1½ cups
- Pumpkin - 12.3 oz
- Light Raisins, Seedless - 1.8 oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Sugar - to taste

Grate the pumpkin on a coarse grater.

Soak the raisins in hot water.
Step 3
Sort the buckwheat, rinse it, toast it in a dry skillet, and transfer it to an aluminum pot. Pour in 3 cups of water, bring to a boil, and cook on low heat for 5–7 minutes.
Step 4
Add the pumpkin and raisins to the porridge and place the pot in a preheated oven for 15–20 minutes.
Step 5
Finish the porridge with butter, sprinkle with sugar, and serve.
