- Buckwheat Groats - 1 cup
- Canned Mushroom Soup - 1 can
- Onion - 1 head
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Parsley - 1.8 oz
- Red Long Chili Peppers - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste

Cut the beef and stew it.
Step 2
Pour 2.5 cups of water into a microwave-safe container and bring to a boil on full power for 8 minutes.
Step 3
Sort the buckwheat, rinse it, add it to the boiling water, and cook on full power for 10 minutes, then reduce the power to medium and heat for another 10 minutes.
Step 4
Wash and chop the parsley.
Step 5
Peel, wash, finely chop the onion, and sauté with oil for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Add the stewed beef, pepper, and salt to the onion, mix, and cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 7
Mix the porridge with the parsley, onion, and stewed beef, and heat on full power for 2 minutes.
