Buckwheat Stew in a Pot
Ingredients
- Buckwheat Groats - 7.1 oz
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Beetroot - 1 piece
- Potato - 1 piece
- Cauliflower - 3.5 oz
- Curry - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
- Butter - to taste
- Feta cheese - 5.3 oz
- Parsley - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the buckwheat. Chop all the vegetables. Heat butter in a pan and sauté. While the mixture is frying, grate the cheese and chop the parsley. Add at the end.
Step 2
Grease the baking pots with oil and place the buckwheat inside. Top with vegetables. Then add more buckwheat and more vegetables. Pour water on top. Cover with a lid and place in a preheated oven at 356°F for 20 minutes.
