Ingredients
- Buckwheat Groats - 1 glass
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 1 piece
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Chicken Seasoning - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 2 spoons
- Water - 1½ glasses
- Dill - to taste
- Safflower Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet into pieces approximately 1.5 x 1.5 cm.
Step 2
Season the pieces of meat with salt, pepper, and spices, then place them in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
Step 3
Slice the onion into half-moons.
Step 4
Peel the carrot, wash it, and grate it on a coarse grater.
Step 5
Sort and rinse the buckwheat.
Step 6
Grease the bowl of the multicooker with vegetable oil. Set the multicooker to the "Fry" mode for 20 minutes. Add the pieces of chicken to the bowl and fry for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, add the onion and carrot. Stir well. Fry for another 10 minutes. Then, add the buckwheat, pour in diluted tomato paste, and season with a little salt. Set the multicooker to "Stew" mode and stew everything for 20 minutes.
Step 7
Stir the cooked buckwheat. Sprinkle with finely chopped dill on top.
