- Buckwheat Groats - 1 cup
- Chicken Thighs - 26.5 oz
- Carrot - 3.5 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Dried Garlic - 2 teaspoons
- Mixed Ground Peppers - to taste
- Chicken Seasoning - 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces

Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
In a separate container, combine 2 teaspoons of dried ground garlic, salt, and mixed peppers to taste, and 1 teaspoon of chicken seasoning, mixing all the spices well.

Spread the spices over the chicken thighs.

Let the meat marinate for 20 minutes.

Pour 50 ml of vegetable oil into a baking dish.

Peel the carrot, wash it thoroughly, dry it a bit, cut it into strips, and place it in the baking dish.
