Ingredients

  • Stewed Meat - 14.1 oz
  • Buckwheat Groats - 4.2 oz
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Safflower Oil - to taste
  • Water - 8 fl oz

Rinse the buckwheat well.

Toast the rinsed buckwheat in a dry skillet for 3 minutes.

Dice the onion.
