- Onion - 1 piece
- Ground meat - 10.6 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Carrot - 3.5 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 3 spoons
- Buckwheat Groats - 5.3 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 2 spoons

Rinse the buckwheat, then dry it in a skillet greased with oil.
Step 2
Sauté finely chopped onions, minced meat, and grated carrots until golden brown. Add tomato paste and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Add the buckwheat to the meat and vegetables, then pour boiling water over it so that the buckwheat is just covered. Season with salt. Simmer on low heat with the lid on. Once the buckwheat is cooked, add finely chopped garlic and mix well. You can also add ground black pepper and a bay leaf.
