Description
Mushrooms do not need to be cleaned or cooked for a long time. They can be eaten raw, as they contain many more beneficial nutrients. For example, we often add raw mushrooms to salads.
Ingredients
- Buckwheat Groats - 1 cup
- Morels - 7.1 oz
- Onion - ½ head
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Herbes de Provence - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the buckwheat well under cold water. Add 1 cup of water and bring to a boil. Once the water boils, reduce the heat to low and cover with a lid. Cook for about 10 minutes or until the water is evaporated.
Step 2
Meanwhile, sauté the chopped onion until golden brown. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for another 3–5 minutes.
Step 3
Add salt, pepper, and spices.
Step 4
Now you can add the cooked buckwheat and cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 5
Serve with a salad or fresh vegetables.
