Description
Buckwheat with Mushrooms and Eggs
Ingredients
- Buckwheat - 1 cup
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Champignon Mushrooms - 10.6 oz
- Chicken Eggs - 2 pieces
- Water - 17 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Black Pepper - to taste
- Ground coriander - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the buckwheat well under cold water and pour boiling water over it.
Step 2
Cover the container with buckwheat with a lid and wrap it in a towel to let it steam.
Step 3
Boil the eggs until hard. Clean and chop the mushrooms.
Step 4
Add the mushrooms to a dry hot skillet. Add salt, pepper, and coriander. Mix everything well. Soon you will see the liquid being released from the mushrooms. Stir occasionally until all the liquid evaporates, then add some vegetable oil and sauté them slightly.
Step 5
Chop the onion.
Step 6
Add the onion to the mushrooms and sauté everything until the onion is cooked.
Step 7
Cool the boiled eggs, peel them, and chop finely.
Step 8
Now let's return to the buckwheat. It should have steamed and cooked well. If you find it unpalatable or if there is still liquid at the bottom of the container, you can place the container with buckwheat over heat to finish cooking.
Step 9
Add the mushrooms with onions and eggs to the cooked buckwheat. Mix everything well. You can keep the buckwheat on low heat for a little longer.
