Ingredients
- Buckwheat Groats - 7.1 oz
- Champignons - 5.3 oz
- Onion - 3.5 oz
- Garlic - 0.4 oz
- Pumpkin - 10.6 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Black Cumin (Cumin) - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the buckwheat in salted water.
Step 2
Peel the pumpkin, cut it into medium cubes, and bake in the oven at 392°F for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Slice the mushrooms, and chop the onion and garlic into small cubes.
Step 4
In a skillet, sauté the onion, garlic, and mushrooms in vegetable oil.
Step 5
Combine the mushrooms with the buckwheat and pumpkin. Season with salt, pepper, and cumin.
