Description
Buckwheat with mushrooms and white sauce
Ingredients
- Salted honey mushrooms - 10.6 oz
- Cream 22% - ¾ glasses
- Wheat Flour - 2 spoons
- Salt - to taste
- Onion - 1 piece
- Buckwheat Groats - 7.1 oz
- Italian herb blend - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Put the buckwheat to boil (I used packaged buckwheat for convenience).
Step 2
Sauté the onion until golden brown. Add the honey mushrooms to the onion. Sauté, then add water and simmer for about 15–20 minutes (some water should remain).
Step 3
Pour the cream (it should be at room temperature) into a mug, add 2 tablespoons of flour, seasoning, and salt. Mix well and pour over the mushrooms. Simmer, stirring, for 7–10 minutes.
Step 4
Place the mushrooms on top of the buckwheat.
