Ingredients
- Buckwheat Groats - 1 cup
- Pickled Chanterelles - 28.2 oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Spices - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2
Wash the champignon mushrooms and slice them thinly.
Step 3
Finely chop the onion.
Step 4
Pour vegetable oil into a heated skillet.
Step 5
Sauté the mushrooms over medium heat for 7–10 minutes.
Step 6
Add the chopped onion to the mushrooms and continue to sauté.
Step 7
Add salt to taste.
Step 8
Add ground black pepper and, if desired, add spices.

The mushrooms should be browned and the onion should become soft.

Rinse the buckwheat and evenly distribute it over the mushrooms in the skillet.

Pour in 2 cups of boiled water.

Cover with a lid, reduce the heat to low, and cook until all the water is evaporated and the buckwheat is soft.

The dish is ready. It can be served with pickles or sour cream to taste.
