Ingredients
- Buckwheat Groats - 10.6 oz
- Parsley - 1.1 oz
- Cashews - 3.5 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Onion - 1 piece
- Oyster Mushrooms - 7.1 oz
- Thyme - 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the oyster mushrooms for 5–7 minutes in salted water. In the same mushroom broth, add the buckwheat groats. Do not cook; the water should just come to a boil with the groats.
Step 2
Chop the mushrooms and onion. Sauté them together with the thyme.
Step 3
Combine the mushrooms with the buckwheat porridge and place them in the oven for 25 minutes at 356°F.
Step 4
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Mix the chopped parsley, crushed cashews, garlic, and vegetable oil. Stir everything together. Serve the buckwheat with the sauce.
