Ingredients

  • Oyster Mushrooms - 14.1 oz
  • Buckwheat Groats - 10.6 oz
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Butter - 1.1 oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a cast-iron pot, sauté the buckwheat groats in vegetable oil, add water in a 1:2 ratio, and let it cook covered.

Step 2

Finely chop the oyster mushrooms, add them to a hot skillet with vegetable oil, and let them simmer covered for 10 minutes.

Step 3

In another skillet, sauté the finely chopped carrot and onion in butter.

Step 4

Add the sautéed onion and carrot to the oyster mushrooms, along with the nearly cooked buckwheat. Let them simmer together for about 10 minutes. The fluffy porridge with mushrooms is ready!!!
