  • Chicken fillet - 10.6 oz
  • Carrot - 3.5 oz
  • Pickled Cauliflower - 3.5 oz
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Passata Tomato Sauce - 3.5 oz
  • 10% cream - 3.5 oz
  • Red Long Chili Peppers - to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves - to taste
  • Dried parsnip - to taste
  • Olive Oil - to taste
  • Ocean salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the buckwheat, but do not overcook.

Step 2

Sauté the vegetables in olive oil.

Step 3

Cut the chicken fillet into pieces.

Step 4

Prepare the sauce: mix tomato paste, cream, salt, herbs, and red pepper.

Step 5

Bake the chicken in the sauce in the oven at 356°F.
